I. Acceptable Usage Policy

Clients are not allowed to run any war, xdcc, or takeover bots or anything else that could have our IP's K:lined or D:lined on any IRC Server. Client agrees to run only one connection per process (excluding IRCD's). It's not allowed to run more then one eggdrop on the same IP address at the same server at the same time. Client shall only run eggdrops on servers which allow them. Shoutcast servers, any type of gameservers, or other processes that will use an extreme amount of bandwidth and/or system resources are prohibited.

Client agrees to use their account on our servers for self-usage only. It is not allowed to trade, resell or give-away your account to any third parties. You may only giveout your shell password to SHX Staff if support is required to resolve a problem you may have with your account.

Client shall not run any DoS attack programs or exploits on our servers. Failure to comply will result in immediate account termination and several institutions will be informed (FBI, ISP, ...). If your account is found being DoS attacked frequently, this may result in suspension or termination of your account.

BNC abuse will not be tolerated. There should be no more than 2 connections to IRC from a bnc at any time!
