IV. Right of Refusal

SHX, in it's sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse services to any client. Client agrees that placing an order does not obligate SHX to accept that order and start providing services.

V. Prohibited Use

Client agrees to the following policies:

(A) It's prohibited to use our servers for the purpose of promoting racism, hatred & harassment of others, activity witch is illegal and unlawful, and spamming.

(B) Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material judged to be threatening or obscene, profane, or material protected by trade secrets, This also includes links or any connection to such materials.
